Vehicle Description A 1966 Chrysler Newport two door hardtop ordered by my father (retail buyers order dated 11-10-1965 available).
The engine is a stock 383 V-8 two barrel with automatic torqueflite transmission, mid-range option packages (original window sticker available).
I purchased this car from my father in 1974 for my enjoyment.
It will be sold with a collection of service and personal papers I call its baby book.
Garaged mostly in Ohio and New Mexico the car has original paint--some fading, original upholstery--some wear/tear, has been maintained, there are nicks, scratches, chips, minor rust, hood dent and bent antenna.
There are Mopar parts, tires and miscellaneous items in the trunk.
I will gladly share any information I remember concerning this vehicle with the purchaser.
This a stock production car used by my family.
It is important to me that the third owner of this Newport appreciate and enjoy it as I have these many years.
It is currently registered, tagged and insured.
