07/08/2020 Qualifications will be determined under the Job Element Rating System X-118C, Qualifications Standard Handbook. While a specific length of time and experience is not required for most Wage Grade positions, you must show through experience and training that you possess the best qualified level of knowledge and skill necessary to perform the duties of this position. Qualification requirements emphasize the quality of experience, not necessarily the length. The responses to the questionnaire and your resume should be in significant detail to provide the person rating your application with a good understanding of your ability to do the job, technical knowledge, work, and training experience, etc. (For example You must have the ability to perform the duties of a, Machinist without more than normal supervision (Screen Out). Applicants who do not meet the SCREEN OUT ELEMENT will not be given further consideration. WORKING CONDITIONS:
Is exposed to dust, heat, and cold in the gin plant and machine shop, and to physical hazard from powered tools and machinery, metal chips, snags, and burning by welding equipment. Some tasks require wearing personal protective equipment, such as welding helmets, aprons, safety glasses, dust masks, ear protection, hard hats, etc. PHYSICAL EFFORT:
Work requires moderate to heavy physical effort in lifting materials and equipment that occasionally exceeds 50 pounds in weight. There is considerable stooping, bending, reaching, and lifting in handling stock materials, equipment parts, hand tools, and climbing around gin equipment to carry out duties.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
