Talks with customers, sales managers and or sales representatives by phone or e-mail to answer questions regarding status of orders, inventory or other general questions. Process customer orders in a timely manner. Verifies prices, discounts and terms as supported by the pricing system with appropriate sales representative or manager. Interprets special instructions and updates appropriate personnel to ensure that the customer receives order as requested. Inputs data regarding customers orders and maintains accurate information in the customer''s master section. Rectifies complains concerning poor service performance or product by investigation issues and recommending satisfactory resolution. Communicates with supervisor, customer and/or sales representative of anticipated delays regarding customer orders. Confers with sales, shipping, traffic, expeditor and or common carrier personnel to expedite or trace missing delayed shipments and/or resolving charge backs. Handles consumer calls and answers questions regarding products, and warranty return information. Adheres to approved Company, Safety and Department policies and procedures. Performs other duties as assigned or are not included here but are within the context of duties defined.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
