Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our warehouse facility.
The Warehouse Supervisor will be responsible for managing inventory, coordinating shipments, supervising warehouse staff, and ensuring the efficient and safe operation of the warehouse.

Responsibilities:
- Operations:
Address and care for the Warehouse at the Hospitality Center.
- Oversee the receiving, storage, and distribution of merchandise in the warehouse.
- Coordinate and prioritize the workflow to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of orders.
- Monitor inventory levels and conduct regular inventory, cycling counts to maintain accurate stock records.
- Supervise warehouse staff, including hiring, training, and performance management.
- Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and/or compliance.
- Implement and maintain efficient warehouse processes to maximize productivity and minimize errors.
- Liaise with other departments to ensure smooth operation of the shelter - Resolve any issues or discrepancies related to inventory, shipments, or warehouse operations.
- Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) and other technology tools to track inventory and streamline operations.
- Prepare reports on warehouse activities, including inventory levels, and shipping/receiving performance.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent- Conversationally fluent in English and Spanish preferred.
- Proven experience in warehouse operations, with at least 3 years of supervisory experience preferred.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Knowledge of inventory management principles and best practices.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and other technology tools.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all work activities.
- Forklift certification and experience operating material handling equipment preferred.
- Ability to pass a comprehensive background check - Ability to clear a MVR check - Current driver's license and reliable transportation - Minimum three (3) years of full-time work experience.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift and carry heavy objects (up to 50lbs pounds) on a regular basis.
- Stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods of time.
- Ability to work in a warehouse environment with exposure to varying temperatures and conditions.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
