Member Service Desk Representative Gym Magic is looking for an energetic, self-motivated, Member Service Rep who is a quick learner and a personable individual.
The ability to multi-task, work in a high paced environment, and tolerate small amounts of stress is a must.
Some of the daily tasks asked of you will include visitor management, general clerical work, creating & closing sales, providing tours, and providing detailed information for a variety of child-oriented programs including gymnastics, dance, and swimming.

(1) Trustworthiness & Honesty (2) Superior Customer Service (3) Personal/Business Communication Skills Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities Answer telephone, screen and direct calls, take and relay messages Provide information to callers Manage inquiries from non-member & members online, over-the-phone & in person Maintain knowledge of staff movements in and out of organization General administrative and clerical support Prepare letters and documents Manage leads and produce conversions Schedule make-ups and perform transfers Tidy up and maintain a clean reception area Post billing, record payments, and handle money.
Education and Experience High school diploma required Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures Knowledge of computers and experience in software applications Knowledge of customer service, sales principles, and practices Proficient keyboard skills Key Competencies Verbal and written communication skills Professional personal presentation Customer service orientation Information management Organizing and planning Attention to detail Self-motivated, resilient, and high energy Shift Schedule 25-30 hours a week Possible shifts are Monday-Friday 1-7:
30pm or 3-7:
30pm Rotational Fridays and Saturday Work Remotely No Job Types:
