org The Mesilla Valley Public Housing Authority is accepting applications for:
MAINTENANCE AIDE A (PUBLIC HOUSING PROGRAM).
Under supervision of the Working Foreman, performs residential, custodial and landscape maintenance, preventative maintenance, and a variety of maintenance and repair functions to structures and electrical, plumbing, heating, and air conditioning equipment as necessary for the upkeep and operation of MVPHA-owned properties.
High school diploma/GED required, one year related experience required; basic working knowledge of all maintenance crafts and trades and residential/landscape maintenance; ability to lift and/or move up to 25 lbs.
and occasionally lift and/or move up to 100 lbs.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
Salary based on experience.
