He/she will greet all incoming patients/visitors in a Professional Manner.
Responsible for all codes, direct all calls, patients, visitors to the appropriate department/area of the hospital.
Must be able to multi-task in a high volume area.
Education:
High school graduate or equivalent
Experience:
Hospital or similar medical facility experience.
Must be able to follow directions and to perform work according to department standards when no directions are given.
Must be emotionally mature and able to function effectively under stress.
Computer literate with spreadsheet and word processing applications.
Organized, efficient and detail oriented.
The ability to use Windows-based system, fax, copier, and multi-line, multi-function phone.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
