Responsibilities include administrative duties such as keeping track of all transaction documents in the client database for our real estate agents, monitoring and notifying clients of important deadlines, complying with legal procedures, and planning appointments and final walkthroughs.
You'll also support the team by marketing the company on social media and planning company events.
The ideal candidate should be a great communicator who is driven and highly detail-oriented.

Responsibilities:
Deliver concierge-level customer service to sellers, buyers, and lenders, to improve customer satisfaction ratings Plan travel arrangements, open houses, final walkthroughs, and other necessary engagements Complete paperwork for all real estate transactions in a timely manner to ensure a deal is closed as quickly as possible Achieve company objectives and regularly compile a progress report to present to the team Produce all marketing materials including brochures, flyers, online marketing, social media posts, etc.

Qualifications:
Previous experience in the real estate industry License for real estate is preferred but not required Must have high school diploma or GED Great written and verbal skills Weekend and evening availability About Company We are a husband and wife realtor team with 20 plus years of real estate experience.
We sell the most homes in Southern New Mexico and have a proven track record.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
