Are coachable and willing to do what it takes to be successful.CompensationWe provide training, support, and mentorshipWarm leads are available-no cold callsOnline training, events, plus one-on-one mentorship is availableNo experience is necessaryThe average commission is around $450-$600 per applicationFull-time underwriters write about 5 or more applications per week. Part-Time agents make approximately $30,000-$60,000
in the first year Full-Time agents make approximately $80,000-$190,000
in the first year Agency owners (who have been working for a few years), who are consistently promoted every 2 to 3 months, generate a passive income of $200,000-$500,000
