Tresco is seeking to hire a Floor Care Custodian.
Overview Assure all floor surfaces and non-routine custodial duties are completed per contract standards and requirements.
Responsibilities Arrive on time and ready to work assigned schedule.
Present all paperwork required in an accurate and timely manner.
Interact with co-workers, other professional, and all interested parties in a professional manner.
Take direction, interact and maintain open communication with supervisor.
Cooperate with supervisors, subordinates, and co-workers.
Attend all scheduled meetings.
Serve as an effective role model by exemplifying professional behavior while promoting Tresco's Mission, vision, Values and Code of Ethics.
Assured that HIPAA policies and procedures are followed in accordance with HIPAA regulations.
Be flexible with the schedule as some floors are done on nights and weekends.
Assure janitorial and floor duties are performed to contract standards and timelines.
Identify and attend position-relevant training to remain up to date on floor cleaning trends, SDS training, etc.
Proficient with floor equipment i.
e.
, buffers, auto scrubbers, and burnishers.
Accept and implement special assignments from supervisor.
ADDITIONAL DUTIES.
Other job-related duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Education.
High school/GED Experience.
Three years experience in the custodial and floor care fields.
Licenses/Certifications.
Valid driver's license.
Other (e.

, post-offer drug screen, background check, driver's license record, etc.
).
All employees must undergo a driver's license record check; employees must pass a background check.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES REQUIRED BY THE POSITION:
Ability to read, write, speak, and comprehend the English language.
Knowledge of standard custodial practices, with emphasis on floor care and cleaning.
Rate of Pay:
$15.
