The individual shall have a minimum of 10 years of experience in each of the following:
as a technician in HVAC and Mechanical Systems and in Quality Control inspections of building systems and equipment.
The individual shall also have a minimum 5 years of experience as a manager of service technicians.
The individual shall have excellent organization skills and be capable of working in fast paced, changing priority work environment.
Service Manager shall work in close physical proximity to the locations.
Must have experience in the operation of CMMS systems.
Must be able to read and understand Technical orders.
Must be able to write reports in Excel and Word.
Must be able to put together estimates IAW SOW's for repairs to equipment.
Must be able to pass government background check and drug test.
Credit must be clean and good driving record.
