Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with inquiries, concerns, and requests - Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services - Communicate effectively and professionally with customers through various channels such as phone, email, and chat - Handle inbound and outbound calls to resolve customer issues and provide information - Upsell products or services to maximize sales opportunities - Maintain accurate and detailed customer records in the database
Experience:
- Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred - Strong sales skills with the ability to identify upselling opportunities - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Proficient in English; multilingual abilities are a plus - Familiarity with phone etiquette and professional customer interaction - Ability to handle high call volumes and work in a fast-paced environment Note:
