Associate or Bachelor's Degree Preferred:
prior two (2) years' experience in a physician office setting.
Demonstrates effective organizational and time-management skills.
Demonstrate excellent oral and written communication skills.
Ability to handle patient issues, concerns in a timely manner, problem-solve and multi-task.
Ability to accurately interpret EOB (Explanation of Benefits) for practice and patients.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
